LenSpetsSMU allocates a land plot for the construction of a hypermarket Kesko in “Jubilee Quarter” project

Having obtained the permission from the Federal Antimonopoly Service in St. Petersburg, on 1st March 2010 LenSpetsSMU concluded a sale contract for a land plot in Jubilee Quarter project with Kiinteist? Mesta Oy (a subsidiary of the finish group Kesko).

On this land plot Kesko plans to build a hypermarket of “K-rauta” chain in DIY format (do it yourself, household products).

REFERENCE:

Kesko Group founded in 1941 currently owns about 2000 shops, which carry out chain operations in Scandinavian and Baltic countries, as well as in Russia and Belorussia.

Rautakesko sells materials for construction and decoration of houses in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Baltic States, Russia and Belorussia. The company trades through the retail chains K-rauta, Rautia, Byggmakker, Senukai and OMA, as well as sells to commercial organizations in its field.
